Coimbatore: In its resolve to reach out to its customers, General Motors India today opened a new dealership in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. With the launch of this new dealership along with two workshops situated at different locations in Coimbatore, GM India now has 16 sales points and 16 service outlets in Tamil Nadu taking the overall tally to 242 Sales Points and 242 Service outlets across the country. The new dealership, Pressana Automobiles, showcases the entire range of Chevrolet cars and a wide range of accessories to cater to the needs of its customers.
Inaugurating the new outlet, Mr. Karl Slym, President and Managing Director, General Motors India said, “We are pleased to enhance our partnership with our new dealership M/s Pressana Automobiles in Coimbatore to support the ever increasing customer base of Chevrolet vehicles in the region. The dealership is equipped to provide unmatched services and ambience to its customers and a wide range of exclusive accessories are also available for customers’ benefit.”

GM India is rapidly expanding its dealership and service centre network to support the tremendous market demand for its cars and will be expanding its sales and service network to 300 locations across the country by the end of this year. The company has also introduced a number of industry first programmes including a centralized 24x7 call centre to attend to customer complaints and provide information related to our products and services. A local call to 3030-8080 from any landline or mobile phone across the country can access this service. Other industry first programmes introduced by GM India include unmatched product warranties/ guarantees, a 24x7 breakdown helpline service, Chevy U-First Camps, and also its unique “Cost of Ownership” program to further bolster the excellent ownership experience of Chevrolet vehicles.
