Mr Tutu Dhawan's Master Deluxe belonged to the Maharaja of Mehmoodabad, Uttar Pradesh and has a direct connect to the royalty. When they finally got hold of the car, all they needed to do was inflate the tyres, clean the spark plug and fuel it up.
